Hi, I’m Kyla.

I’m a regulation coach for high-functioning over thinkers —
the capable, responsible ones who hold everything together… but rarely feel fully at ease inside.

Through psychology, nervous system science, lived experience, and deep identity work, I learned how to shift from high-functioning anxiety to grounded self-trust.

I know this space well.

I grew up as a middle child — which meant I learned early how to read the room, anticipate tension, mediate emotions, and take care of myself without needing much attention. I became independent. Observant. Capable.

Later, I became a college athlete, focusing on disciplined, driven, and comfortable performing under pressure.

From the outside, I looked steady and strong.

On the inside? Racing thoughts. Hyper-responsibility. Always scanning.
Always thinking three steps ahead.

Over time, I realized something important:

  • Calm isn’t passive. It’s power.

  • Clarity isn’t just mindset. It’s regulation.

  • Confidence isn’t loud. It’s embodied.

My work sits at the intersection of:

  • Nervous system science

  • Emotional growth

  • Identity work

  • High-performance discipline

I don’t believe in shrinking ambition. I don’t believe in toxic positivity.
And I don’t believe healing requires losing your edge.

I help you build calm that feels stable. Clarity that feels honest. And confidence
that feels authentic. If you’re someone who:

  • Overthinks after conversations

  • Carries emotional weight for others

  • Performs well but feels internally anxious

  • Wants deep connection without self-abandonment

You’re in the right place. This is structured growth. Grounded. Practical. Honest.

  • Achiever Mentality.

I have an internal fire burning inside me to do more and achieve more every day. My relentless need for achievement brings me the energy I need to accomplish new tasks and face challenges; the power supply to set the pace and define new levels of productivity; the theme that keeps me moving.

  • Harmonious Collaborator.

Harmony is one of my guiding values. I know, and respect, that the people around me hold differing views. However, I believe there is little to be gained from conflict, so I seek to hold them to a minimum. As a project manager, this helps me find common ground, increases the productivity and efficiency of meetings, and harmonizes those around me to seek consensus and support.

  • Habit Driven.

I love learning new habits and collaborating to explore ideas. I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself and others to be all they can be, while prioritizing listening to bodily signals and signs for mental exhaustion. It’s all about building sustainable balance and life long habits.

  • Empathetic Listener.

I can sense the emotions of those around me. I can feel what they are feeling as though their feelings are my own. Intuitively, I can see the world through their eyes and share their perspective. This strength enables me to be an excellent relationship builder, understand complex situations, and recommend the best path forward to achieve both inner and outer harmony.

  • Optimistic Strategist.

The future fascinates me. I love to think in detail about what the future might hold and use this ability to keep driving others forward. Whether it’s improving life skills, sharing strategies, or hope for a better world — I pull inspiration from leaders like Brene Brown, Tony Robins, and Cheryl Strayed. I am a dreamer who sees visions of what could be and uses them to energize others.

  • Restorative Attitude.

I love to solve problems and bring things back to life. The challenge of analyzing the symptoms, identifying what is wrong, and finding the solution gives me a great sense of accomplishment. I particularly enjoy seeking out problems I have met many times before and that I am confident I can fix. This includes restoring old pieces of content into new formats and optimizing buying experiences.
